Standard worldwide shipping takes 8–15 business days depending on destination. Expedited shipping (3–7 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn items with tags attached. Start a return by emailing support@xxxxx.com with your order number, and we'll send a prepaid label.
Yes — size exchanges are free within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Check our size chart on each product page before ordering to minimize exchanges.
Every product page includes a size chart tab with bust, waist and hip measurements in inches. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
We ship to most countries worldwide. Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by your local customs authority on delivery.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. You can also reach out to support@xxxxx.com with your order number for a live status update.
We only use your information to process orders and support requests, and never sell customer data to third parties. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
